【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesparticularmethodstoapplyandoptimizereliabilitystressscreeningprocessesforlotsofrepairablehardwareitems,incaseswheretheitemshaveanunacceptablylowreliabilityintheearlyfailureperiod,andwhenothermethods,likereliabilitygrowthprogrammesandqualitycontroltechniques,arenotapplicable.Thereasonsforusingreliabilitystressscreeningmaybetimeconstraintsand/ortheverynatureofthedeficiencieswhichthereliabilitystressscreeningisdesignedtocatch.Theprocessesapplytoanystageofaseriesproductionofrepairableitems(seeFigure3).Themethodsforsettingupaprocesscanbeusedduringproductionplanning,pilot-production,andwell-establishedrunningproduction.Aprerequisitefortheapplicationofthemethodsisthatacertainlevelofflawsremainingintheoutgoingitemcanbespecified.Theprocessesdescribedaregeneralprocessesforreliabilitystressscreeningincaseswherenospecificprocessisdescribedinaproductstandard.TheyarealsointendedforusebyIECcommitteesinconnectionwithpreparationofproductstandards.Areliabilitystressscreeningprocesscouldbeapartofanoverallreliabilityprogramme(seetheIEC300series).
