【摘要】:ThispartofISO1872specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofpolyethylene(PE)mouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsofrhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregiven.proceduresandcondetionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearealsogiven.PropertiesandtestmethodsthataresuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePEmouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350-1．OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO1872,asarethedesignatorypropertiesspecifiedinISO1872-1．Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemehtodsofpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
